Huney lets you remix photos using AI. You upload a photo, write a prompt, and we generate a new image.

02YOUR ACCOUNT

• You need an account to use Huney
• Keep your login secure
• One account per person

03SHOTS & PAYMENTS

• "Shots" are credits used to create remixes (1 shot = 1 remix)
• New accounts get 3 free shots
• You can buy more shots or subscribe to All Access
• All purchases are handled by Apple
• Shots are non-refundable (contact Apple for payment issues)
• All Access subscribers get 30 shots per week (resets weekly, no carryover)

04SUBSCRIPTIONS

• All Access is billed weekly at $5.99/week
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
• Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings
• No refunds for partial billing periods

05YOUR CONTENT

• You own the photos you upload
• You own the remixes we create for you
• You grant us permission to process your photos
• Don't upload photos you don't have rights to

06ACCEPTABLE USE

07AI-GENERATED CONTENT

• Remixes are created by AI and may be imperfect
• We don't guarantee specific results
• AI may occasionally produce unexpected outputs
• You're responsible for how you use your remixes

08LIABILITY

• Huney is provided "as is"
• We're not liable for AI outputs or how you use them
• Our total liability is limited to what you paid us

09TERMINATION

• You can delete your account anytime
• We can terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Unused shots are forfeited upon termination

10CHANGES

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept changes.
